You can now:

• View a single leaderboard showing progress and engagement across the organization

Everything you need is in one place, with no need to manage multiple tools or reports.

Lumo Assistant: Smarter Support Within Coaching

The AI-powered Lumo Assistant is now active within the Coaching Journey as well.

For coaches:

• Summarizes a leader's development history, commitment consistency, and session trends
• Suggests areas to explore or follow up on during upcoming sessions

For leaders:

• Offers reflection prompts between sessions
• Helps revisit and reinforce commitments
