During his 11 years at Google, Abdullah led talent and team development across North America, EMEA, and LATAM, launching multi-language programs reaching millions, spearheading award-winning operational excellence initiatives, and building high-performing teams. Holding an Executive Master’s in Consulting and Coaching for Change from Oxford and HEC Paris, and certified in MBTI, Insights Discovery, and LEGO Serious Play, he blends strategic insight with experiential facilitation to help organizations turn complexity into clarity and vision into velocity.
