Sure Köse Ulutaş is the founder of Melon and LumoLead, with over 20 years of experience driving leadership development, organizational culture, and strategic execution across global corporations, startups, and scale-ups. A former Country HR Lead at Accenture, she led global leadership DNA transformation projects before founding Melon, now a trusted consultancy for tech-driven companies.

In 2023, she launched LumoLead, a scalable leadership development platform built on her proprietary 6 Pillars Leadership Model. With 10+ client companies onboard in its first year, LumoLead is making leadership growth accessible to all levels of an organization. Alongside her entrepreneurial work, Sure serves as Regional Lead for Turkey and the Middle East at OKRmentors, helping organizations adopt and embed OKR methodology for strategic alignment and execution. She is also a Board Member at TÜBİSAD, contributing to the growth of Turkey’s high-tech ecosystem and its integration into global markets.
