A focused workshop for women leaders designed to strengthen their personal brand by building strategic internal positioning, increasing influence through stakeholder awareness, and aligning authentic identity with confident executive presence.

Two individual 1:1 coaching sessions held in April, tailored to support authority building, strengthen influence without overcompensation, and confidently navigate early leadership dynamics.

The coaching sessions are supported with our AI Coach platform with AI Coach for continuous support and Commitment Wall for better goal tracking

A closing reflection workshop held in the first week of May, focused on integrating key learnings, defining next-stage leadership commitments, and anchoring a strong, long-term presence strategy.
